Donna M Delgado was born in New Haven, Connecticut and was raised in Kingston, Jamaica. She has been a resident of the state of Florida for over 30 years. She holds degrees from Miami Dade College (Assoc. Arts), Florida International University (B. Arts), and University of Florida (J.D.).

Donna M Delgado has practiced law in Florida for over 23 years. Her areas of practice have included criminal defense, matrimonial litigation and social security appeals. Presently, she is able to utilize her extraordinary skills borne of crisis management to focus on the perils of probate and guardianship/elder care law.

 

Donna is a member of the Florida Bar (participating in the International Law and Real Property and Trust Law Sections), the Dade County Bar Association (Probate Section) and the Caribbean Bar Association. She has appeared and argued before the Third and Fourth District Court Of Appeals (Florida) and the Social Security Administration/Office of Disability Administrative Hearings and Appeals (Federal). She has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Miami Dade College, lecturing on the 40-Hour Professional Guardian Certification Program.
